DJ Station
DJ Station is a Bangkok gay nightclub and can be found at Silom Soi 2
DJ Station is now a whole soi, alleyway to a westerner located at Silom Soi 2. This is only a 3-minute walk from Bangkok’s main gay street, Silom Soi 4. This is a covered area so even if the weather is bad, you will stay dry.
DJ Station now has the same entrance fee every day of the week, year round. 300 Baht will get you entrance and provide you with 2 free drink tickets. These can be redeemed in any of the bars on the ground level or inside the actual club area. If you want more drinks, these are priced at 150 Baht for beers and standard drinks with mixers. Those seeking something more exotic will pay considerably more. Some cocktails are also priced at 150 Baht, however, they are not great by any stretch of the imagination.
As mentioned previously, the entrance walkway on the ground level has 5 different bars. Some have big dance floors, some are quiet and cozy with sofa areas to relax. These bars, in no particular order, are called, The JJ Park, The Expresso, Disco Disco, Club Cafe and The Patio.
At the end of the soi on the right, you will see the entrance to the main club area. It’s a 3-floor nightclub with a stage towards the back. If it’s a little too crowded for your taste downstairs, head up top for a fantastic view down onto the dancefloor below.
On the third floor, you can find toilets, a smoking area and charge points for mobile devices.
If it is your first time in DJ Station you may find yourself wandering around for a while learning about all the different areas. The smoking area on the second floor can be a great social spot with a great view down into the main walkway/outside area.
DJ Station attracts a mixed clientele. Over recent years, a large number of Asian tourists such and Chinese and Koreans have been coming here in large numbers. Expect many westerners and Thai guys here also.
